CAUTION: Activated Alumina Desiccant dust is considered a nuisance dust. Proper precautions should be taken.

Pressure and power removed from dryer?

Drain ports opened on bottom of tanks?

Desiccant caught in suitable container?

Drain ports closed and top fill ports opened?

Refilled with recommended type, size and quantity of desiccant?

Rapped sides of the chambers while filling so desiccant will pack tightly?

Settling done to fit specified amount in tank?

NOTE: One tank size may be used for multiple models, do not be concerned if tank is not full.

Inspect and rebuild Inlet and Exhaust Valves

Return Powerloc Probe and chip for recalibration, if applicable

Sign off on the dryer maintenance

Shutdown the dryer and remove pressure

Pressure removed from the dryer?

Loosen the compression fitting and move the tubing aside

Compression fitting loosened and tubing moved aside?

Remove the bonnet hex head cap screws, nuts, and the bonnet

Bonnet hex head cap screws, nuts, and the bonnet removed?

Remove the locknut and washer from the shaft

Locknut and washer removed from the shaft?

Remove the diaphragm plates and diaphragm

Check differential pressure across pre-filter and afterfilter elements. Replace if required.

Check and maintain operating conditions

Check pressure, flow, and temperature within the design parameters of the dryer.

Sign off on the weekly dryer check

Check dew point or humidity level

Correct purge setting and air flow from purge exhaust?

Gauge readings and sequence of operation through complete cycle are correct?

Auto drain operation on pre-filter, separator and receiver is correct?

Is there a manual drain valve installed at these points?

No back pressure in the regenerating tower?
