Encoder Replacement
Power supply to the machine turned off
Upload a photo of the front safety guard removed
Junction box opened and encoder disconnected
Joint clamp near the encoder loosened and screws unscrewed
New encoder assembled on the support, shaft inserted into the hose of the joint and blocked with the relative clamp
Encoder connected to the junction box
Junction box and the front safety guard of the machine closed
Sign off on the encoder replacement
Belt Replacement
ATTENTION: to perform this maintenance two persons are necessary.
Turn off the power supply to the machine.
Remove the gun supporting-arm.
Remove the rear door.
Remove the main panel by unscrewing the screws that fix it to the main structure.
Position and block the gun supporting-arm so as the counterweight is in line with the opening.
Unscrew the two+two nuts A of the rod and the two upper screws B, with a suitable wrench, so as to slacken the belt and remove it from the pulley.
Refer to Chapter 12.8 to remove all the counterweight plates.
Mark the belt (up and down) in order to locate the assembly position.
Belt Tension Adjustment
Power supply to the machine turned off
Rear door removed and trolley moved so that the counterweight slides up/down up the reach the opening
Enter the tension or slack of the belt
For the correct belt tension, see the diagram below
Parallelism between the upper and the lower counterweight plates checked
Rear door assembled
Sign off on the belt tension adjustment
Hardware Limit Of The Stroke Adjustment
Power supply to the machine turned off
Gun supporting-arm removed
Main panel removed by unscrewing the screws that fix it to the main structure 32
Screw that fix the limit switch group unscrewed and slid up to the required position. 33
ATTENTION: make sure that the electrical cable is correctly positioned.
Sign off on the stroke adjustment
Trolley Sliding Blocks Adjustment
Power supply to the machine turned off
Guns supporting-arms removed
Main panel removed by unscrewing the screws
Machine balanced for trolley to be in a useful position for the operator
Electric motor blocked by inserting a screwdriver into the inner cooling fan
Nuts that block the eccentric hubs of the sliding blocks loosened
Eccentric hub adjusted till the sliding block and the guide are in contact
Second hub adjusted in the same way
Two aforesaid operations repeated for better adjustment
