Gearmotor Replacement
Power supply to the machine turned off
Gun supporting-arm removed
Rear door removed and trolley lifted
ATTENTION: The following operations should be carried out by two operators for safety reasons
Nuts A of the rod and upper screws B unscrewed to slacken the belt
Suitable eyebolts placed into the holes on top of the reciprocator
Reciprocator laid down to the ground using a forklift truck
Spacers placed at the top of the column
Encoder shaft loosened and encoder removed
Trolley Sliding Blocks Adjustment
Power supply to the machine turned off and guns supporting-arms removed
Main panel removed by unscrewing the screws that fix it to the main structure
Machine balanced so that the trolley is in a useful position for the operator
Electric motor blocked by inserting a screwdriver into the inner cooling fan
Nuts loosened, not completely and leaving a certain pressure on the thread, that block the eccentric hubs of the sliding blocks
Eccentric hub adjusted using a suitable wrench till the sliding block and the guide are in contact
Two aforesaid operations repeated for a better adjustment
Eccentric nuts blocked when finished
Parallelism between the sliding blocks checked using a sliding gauge
Belt Replacement
ATTENTION: to perform this maintenance two persons are necessary.
Power supply to the machine turned off
Gun supporting-arm removed
Rear door removed
Main panel removed by unscrewing the screws that fix it to the main structure
Gun supporting-arm positioned and blocked so as the counterweight is in line with the opening
Two+two nuts A of the rod and the two upper screws B unscrewed to slacken the belt and remove it from the pulley
All the counterweight plates removed as per Chapter 12.8
Belt marked (up and down) to locate the assembly position
Hardware Limit Of The Stroke Adjustment
Power supply to the machine turned off
Gun supporting-arm removed
Main panel removed by unscrewing the screws that fix it to the main structure 32
Screw that fix the limit switch group unscrewed and slid up to the required position. 33
ATTENTION: make sure that the electrical cable is correctly positioned.
Sign off on the stroke adjustment
Counterweight Adjustment
Power supply to the machine turned off
Rear door removed
Trolley moved so that the counterweight slides up/down up to reach the opening
ATTENTION: to make the work easier and for safety reasons, it is better that the following operations are carried out by two operators.
Plates of the counterweight added or removed to balance the machine
Rear door assembled
Sign off on the counterweight adjustment
