1 Weekly Pump Oil Quality Check
Oil Quality Inspection
Check the color of the pump oil
Is the oil color grey or white?
Oil Maintenance
Change the oil if it is grey or white (see chapter 7.2.3)
Top off oil level with fresh oil if necessary
Specify the oil type used (see chapter 9.3 Technical Data)
500 Hourly / 6 Monthly Pump Oil Replacement
Oil Drainage
Unscrew the oil drain plug (A) and drain oil into a suitable container.
Check that the drain plug gasket is in place and reinstall drain plug.
Oil Refill
Fill pump with proper grade and amount of oil.
Refer to chapter ‘9.3 Technical Data’ for oil grade and capacity details.
Initial 50 Hours Pump Oil Replacement
Oil Drainage
Unscrew the oil drain plug (A) and drain oil into a suitable container.
Check that the drain plug gasket is in place and reinstall drain plug.
Oil Refill
Fill pump with proper grade and amount of oil.
Refer to chapter ‘9.3 Technical Data’ for oil grade and capacity details.
Water Filter Cleaning
Preparation
Ensure the water supply is turned off
Filter Removal and Cleaning
Unscrew quick coupling
Remove filter with tool
Clean the filter
Clean the filter at pump inlet
Post-Cleaning
Reattach the filter and secure the quick coupling
