Propeller Fan Removal

Remove the propeller fan nut (reverse thread)

Remove the propeller fan

Inverter P.C. Board Replacement

Preparation

Remove the top panel, cabinet, and service panel

Disconnect the lead wire to the reactor

Disconnect Connectors

Disconnect CN721 (R.V. coil) (MUZ)

Disconnect CN722 (Defrost heater and heater protector) (MUZ-GS09/12/15NAH, MUZ-GS09/12/15NAHZ)

Disconnect CN931, CN932 (Fan motor)

Disconnect CN641 (Defrost thermistor (MUZ) and discharge temperature thermistor)

Disconnect CN643 (Ambient temperature thermistor)

Run this procedure

Outdoor Thermistors Replacement

Preparation

Remove the cabinet and panels

Disconnect Connectors

Disconnect the lead wire to the reactor

Disconnect connectors CN671 and CN672

Remove Thermistors

Pull out the discharge temperature thermistor from its holder

Pull out the defrost thermistor from its holder

Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor from its holder

Run this procedure

Reversing Valve Coil Replacement

Preparation

Remove the cabinet and panels

Disconnect Connectors

Disconnect CN721 (R.V. coil) (MUZ) from the inverter P.C. board

Coil Removal

Remove the R.V. coil
