Upload a photo of the circuit breaker and fuses after inspection

Did a circuit breaker or fuse open?

If a circuit breaker or fuse opens, it usually indicates a more serious problem exists. Contact a Factory Authorized Service Agent.

Sign off on the overload protection check

Inside of extraction arm cleaned

Fume extractor spark tray checked and replaced if necessary

Filter checked and replaced if dirty or damaged

Particles removed from inside of housing

Spark tray cleaned and inspected

Caution: Disconnect power before maintaining.

Motor Bearing Lubrication. Grease Bearings Every 5500 Hours Of Operation.

Check Gaskets On Door, Particle Tray (Sections 7-4 and 7-5)

Replace Gaskets On Door, Particle Tray (Sections 7-4 and 7-5)

Release latches and open door. Release latches on filter. Use filter handle to remove filter.

Cautions: Support extraction arm when making adjustments. Elbow joints are under tension. Keep away from pinch points when making adjustments. When properly adjusted, the extraction arm should move easily but not slip from position.

Use T-Handle Knob to maintain arm position by increasing or decreasing joint friction.
