Perform rising fastens on all bolts and nuts

Check for air leaks in the upper and lower honeycomb rotor air seal

Recommend replacement of cartridge-type slide seal if air leak is detected

Paddle Type Level Switch Sensitivity Adjustment

Turn the lid of the level gage and remove it

Change the position of the installation hole of spring

Proximity Switch Sensitivity Adjustment

Remove material in the glass tube

Confirm there is no gap between the ends of proximity switch and glass tube

Loosen mounting screws of proximity switch fitting bracket if necessary

Fix proximity switch with its end touching glass tube

Remove the rubber cap at the back of proximity switch

Dust hopper for air source unit

Remove the dust hopper and clean the dust inside

Check gasket on the dust hopper for scratches or absence

Press the drain valve to discharge drainage with air supply on

Receive drainage with a can or similar container

Jet Clone Collection Unit Filter Cleaning

Open SUCTION HOPPER lid and remove screen filter

Hang a string or thread near the hose

Is the string or thread shaking?

Replace the hose if an air leak is detected

Inspection of Electromagnetic Switch Unit

Check for degradation on the electromagnetic switch unit

Is there obvious deterioration on the electromagnetic switch unit?

Check for degradation on the contactor unit

Is there obvious deterioration on the contactor unit?
