1 Weekly Sensitivity Adjustment
Paddle Type Level Switch Sensitivity Adjustment
Turn the lid of the level gage and remove it
Change the position of the installation hole of spring
Proximity Switch Sensitivity Adjustment
Remove material in the glass tube
Confirm there is no gap between the ends of proximity switch and glass tube
Loosen mounting screws of proximity switch fitting bracket if necessary
Fix proximity switch with its end touching glass tube
Remove the rubber cap at the back of proximity switch

Remove the hose from the exhaust port of the drying hopper
Confirm that air flows swiftly from the drying hopper exhaust port

Preparation
Turn OFF the operation 'ON/OFF' switch of the device
Turn OFF the power breaker on the right side of the control panel
Open the control panel of the device
Relay Replacement
Remove the cover (screwed at three points) on the back side of the control panel
Identify the second lowest relay for the drying heater
Remove the drying heater relay
Replace with a new relay
1 Monthly Dryer Maintenance
Safety Precautions
Ensure the unit is stopped and the power breaker is turned 'OFF' before starting maintenance.
Rising Fastens for the Terminal
Confirm the loosening of the wiring connection part of the electronics equipment inside the control panel and in the unit.
Perform rising fastens in the connection part if any loosening is found.
Jet Clone Component Check
Check that the stopper (M6) on the upper and lower two points are not loosened.
Retighten the stopper according to the 'Stopper adjusting diagram' if loosened.
Remove the cover and check that the hexagon socket head locking screw of the removable cam is not loosened.
1 Daily Temperature Check
Dry Temperature Check
Push the SV switch of the controller once and confirm the 'SV' indicator lights up
Enter the displayed dry temperature
Is the dry temperature within ±2~3°C of the setting value?
Regeneration Temperature Check
Display the dry temperature on the controller indicator
Press RESET and SV switches at the same time to display the actual regeneration temperature
Enter the displayed regeneration temperature
Is the regeneration temperature within 180~220°C?
