Disconnect power before servicing

The gate track is clear of dirt, rocks or other substances

The wheels are operating smoothly on the track

Oil the chain regularly with a chain lubrication oil available at most motorcycle stores

Proper synthetic oil level in the gear box (10W-30 weight synthetic oil)

Severe or high cycle usage will require more frequent maintenance checks

Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this procedure

Is the 'Reverse Sensor' on the control board adjusted?

Note: Alarm Sensor does not need to be adjusted except where noted

Select the level of reverse sensitivity

Is the DC2000TM's separate reverse sensor adjusted?

Is the 120Vac operator power turned off?

Sign off on the sensor adjustment
