Change oil in Heco gear reducer

Check roller up gate for free movement

Check chain tension make necessary adjustments or remove links if necessary

Check condition of air tension cylinders and listen for air leaks

Grease all Zerk fittings at entrance and exit

Lubricate roller up gate cylinder with Tri-Flo

Check tension cylinders for wear, lubricate with Tri-Flo

Inspect and clean clock switch make necessary adjustments

Inspect gear box shaft for oil leaks

Inspect trench for debris, ice or dirt buildup, specially at entrance and exit ends

Hose dirt from all levels of conveyor

Make sure grates are in place and flat. Bent grates can cause personal injury or vehicle damage

Check roller up gate for free movement

Check chain tension; make necessary adjustments or remove links if necessary

Check condition of air tension cylinders and listen for air leaks

Grease all Zerk fittings at entrance and exit

Lubricate roller up gate cylinder with Tri-Flo

Grease safety door at both ends of conveyor

Grease call-up fork. (2 fittings)

Check rollers for damage and wear
