Refill the fuel tank to minimize moisture condensation in the tank

Check water separator for water and drain if necessary

Replace oil filer every 750 Hour / 3 Month

Inspect fan belt every 1000 Hour / 12 Month

Inspect fuel strainer every 1 Month

Replace fuel strainer every 1 Year

Replace Fuel Filter / Water Separator every 500 Hour / 6 Month

Area around the fuel filter head cleaned

Gasket surface of the filter head cleaned

Clean filter filled with clean fuel

O-ring seal lubricated with clean lubricating oil

Filter installed as specified by the filter manufacturer

Sign off on the fuel filter replacement

Clean Both Surfaces of the Outlet Tube and Check the Vacuator Valve

Inspect the Old Filter for Leak Clues

Inspect the New Filter for Damage

Insert the New Radial Seal Filter Properly

Sign off on the engine air filter maintenance

Blow out the machine with low pressure air

Blow out the generator and controls with low pressure air

Check especially dirty areas for cleaning

Sign off on the cleaning procedure
