Hand grips cleaned with an approved or compatible cleaner

Frames waxed with a standard, non-abrasive, wax finish

Shoe scuffs removed from powder coated surfaces using polishing compound

Enter the time in minutes the cleaner was left on the equipment

Cleaner applied to a microfiber cloth before cleaning

Cleaner not applied directly to the equipment surfaces

No use of ammonia or acid based cleaners

Visual inspection of all hardware for loosening, tampering or wear

Belts check for wear or damage and proper tension

Frames check for wear and damage

Hand grips check for wear and damage

Sign off on the maintenance check

Clean upholstery with an approved or compatible cleaner
