Cleaning Around and Under the Dryer

Vacuum lint and dust from around the dryer

Vacuum lint and dust from underneath the dryer

Unplug the dryer before cleaning

Ensure no harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents are used

Prepare a cleaning solution with warm water and mild, nonabrasive household detergent

Clean the outside of the dryer with the prepared solution using a soft cloth

Immediately wipe off any spills with a soft, damp cloth

Ensure the following are not used during cleaning
