24.7.1 CHANGE OIL IN SWING MACHINERY CASE

Set an oil container under drain valve P under the machine body.

Loosen drain valve P under the body, drain the oil, then tighten the drain valve again.

Add the specified amount of engine oil through gauge hole G.

After refilling, install bleeding plug 1.

24.7.2 CHECK OIL LEVEL IN DAMPER CASE, ADD OIL

Open the door on the right side of the machine.

Remove plug G and check the oil level.

1. Set the work equipment in the greasing posture below, then lower the work equipment to the ground and stop the engine.

2. Using a grease pump, pump in grease through the grease fittings shown by arrows.

3. After greasing, wipe off any old grease that was pushed out.

2. Boom foot pin (2 points);3. Boom cylinder rod end (2 points)

4. Arm cylinder foot pin (1 point)

5. Boom-Arm coupling pin (1point)

6. Arm cylinder rod end (1 point)

24.8.1 CHANGE OIL IN FINAL DRIVE CASE

Set the UP mark at the top, with the UP mark and plug P perpendicular to the ground surface.

Set a container under plug P to catch the oil.

Remove plugs (P) and (E) with the handle and drain the oil.

Check the O-rings in the plugs for damage. If necessary, replace with new ones.

Add engine oil through the hole of plug F.

When the oil overflows from the hole of plug (E), install plug E. Tightening torque of plugs P and E: 70 ± 10 Nm (7 ± 1 kgm, 50 ± 7 lbft)

24.8.2 CHANGE OIL IN HYDRAULIC TANK, CLEAN STRAINER

24.5.1 CHECK OIL LEVEL IN FINAL DRIVE CASE, ADD OIL

Is the TOP mark at the top, with the UP mark and plug perpendicular to the ground surface?

Is the oil level 10 mm below the bottom of the plug hole?

Is the oil level still too low after rotating the sprocket one turn?

Is the oil level correct after adding oil through the hole in plug F?

24.5.2 CHECK LEVEL OF BATTERY ELECTROLYTE

Is the electrolyte at the specified level (10 to 12 mm (0.40 to 0.47 in) above the plate)?

24.5.3 CHANGE OIL IN ENGINE OIL PAN, REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER CARTRIDGE

Is the drained oil free of excessive metal particles or foreign material?

Check for clogging of the drain hole

Sign off on the water pump check
