Check the safety relief valve
Did the safety relief valve function correctly?
If not, describe the issue
Check the function: Safety shut-down due to excessive airend discharge temperature
Did the machine shut down at the correct temperature?
If not, describe the issue
Check the EMERGENCY STOP control device
Did the EMERGENCY STOP control device function correctly?
If not, describe the issue
1 Yearly SIGMA CONTROL 2 Maintenance
Checking the Belt Tension and Adjustment
Adjust the tension when the marker pin reaches the top end of the elongated hole
Loosen the locking nut (2)
Use the adjusting nut (1) to adjust the spring tension until the marker pin reaches the lower end of the elongated hole
Tighten the locking nut (2)
Visually Check for Damages
Turn the pulley by hand so that all of the belt can be inspected for damage
In case of damage: Replace the drive belt immediately
Change the air filter

Check the coolant oil level at standstill, is the oil indicator fully filled with oil?
Check the coolant oil level while the machine is running, is the oil level around the optimum mark?
Check the filter mats in the cooler, are they clogged?
Check the filter mats in the control cabinet, are they clogged?
If the filter mats are clogged, were they cleaned or replaced?
Sign off on the weekly compressor maintenance
Initial 2000 Hours Cooling Oil Replacement
Machine utilization and ambient conditions are important criteria for the number and length of the change intervals.
Please observe national regulations regarding the use of cooling oil in oil-injected screw compressors.
Check operating conditions and adjust intervals as necessary.
