Cleaning the Dirt Trap
Unscrew the plug and remove the strainer
Detach the condensate drain hose from the dirt trap
Unscrew the nozzle from the dirt trap housing
Clean the nozzle, strainer, screw plug, O-ring, and dirt trap housing with cleaning solvent or spirit
Check the nozzle, strainer, and O-ring for wear
Place the strainer on the screw plug
Screw in the plug, making sure the O-ring seats properly
Screw in the nozzle and reattach the condensate drain hose

Check the level in the lubricant container
Is the oil level in the upper third of the dipstick?
Is the oil level below the required filling level?

Is the condensate collecting in the filter housings blown out?
Winter operation: Check the level of antifreeze in the defroster
Is the bowl ¾ full with antifreeze?
Empty the fuel/water separator
Is the water separator tank empty?
1 Daily Compressor Maintenance
Check engine air filter maintenance indicator. Air filter maintenance is necessary when the yellow piston inside the maintenance indicator reaches the red zone.
Check the engine oil level. Pull out the oil dipstick, wipe it clean and reinsert it. Pull out the oil dipstick once more and read off the oil level.
Check the engine coolant level. The coolant level in the engine cooling circuit must be checked daily prior to start-up. The level is checked on the coolant expansion tank.
Check the level of coolant in the coolant expansion tank. Top off when the coolant level falls below the minimum check mark.
Fill up the fuel tank.
Check the compressor air filter maintenance indicator. Checking contamination of the air filter. Air filter maintenance is necessary when the yellow piston inside the maintenance indicator reaches the red zone.
Check the cooling oil level. The oil level is checked at the oil separator tank filling port. Oil should be visible in the port when the filler plug is removed.
Check the lighting system's function.
