John Deere Wheel Loader 724K

Check front and rear axle oil level

Check battery electrolyte level and terminals

Check air intake hoses and charge air cooler tube couplings

Lubricate driveline upper and lower sliding joints and lower Universal joints

Replace auxiliary fuel filter (if equipped)

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Lubricate front and rear shaft seals on park brake

Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve

Replace engine air cleaner elements

Clean engine crankease vent tube

Drain and refill park brake oil

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots (unless 'Never grease' equipped)

Replace axle oil filters (Initial Service-100 Hours)

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter (Initial Service-250 Hours)

Take engine oil sample (Every 250 Hours)

Sign off on the 100 Hourly Maintenance

Inspect tires and check pressure

Inspect engine air cleaner elements

Inspect air conditioner compressor and alternator belt

Check windshield washer fluid level

Drain water from final fuel filter

Drain water from auxiliary fuel filter and water separator (if equipped)

Drain water from primary fuel filter and water separator
