Lubricate rear axle pinion seal and park brake seals

Lubricate front axle pivots, pinion seal, and hydraulic steering cylinder pins

Lubricate blade and cylinder pivots

Lubricate winch fairlead rollers (grapple skidders only)

Enter the engine hours for oil sample

Take engine oil sample every 250 hours

Sign off on the 100 Hourly Skidder Maintenance

Drain and refill transmission oil

Replace primary transmission oil filter

Inspect sun gear (1700 series axles equipped with large duals only)

Inspect engine crankshaft damper (6.8 L engines only)

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Initial 2000 Hours – Replace hydraulic system oil filter

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Skidder Maintenance

Lubricate grapple rotate bearing (grapple skidders only)

Every 6000 Hours – Drain and refill engine cooling system

Every 10 000 Hours – Replace engine drive shaft

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Skidder Maintenance

Replace engine air cleaner elements

Adjust grapple damper (grapple skidders only)

Check cab recirculating air filter

Check hydraulic system oil level

Check and drain primary fuel filter and water separator

Check and drain auxiliary fuel filter and water separator

Clean engine air intake precleaner screen

Check and clean engine air cleaner dust unloader valve
