Inspect tires and check pressure

Inspect engine air cleaner elements

Check and clean fuel sending unit pick-up screen

Inspect air conditioner compressor and alternator belt

Replace fast fill fuel breather-if equipped

Check rear camera and radar object detection (ROD) system-if equipped

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots

Drain and refill front axle oil

Take engine oil sample (Every 250 Hours)

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Clean hydraulic pump case drain in-line screens

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil

Replace hydraulic system return filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank (S.N. 678013-)

Inspect diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) Baffle (S.N. 678013-)

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter (S.N. 678013-)

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Loader Maintenance

Check and adjust engine valve lash (clearance)

Rerun transmission clutch calibration (cab monitor)

Drain and refill transmission oil and replace filter

Drain and refill front and rear axle oil

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction screen (S.N. -678012)

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank (S.N. -678012)

Drain and refill cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Sign off on the loader maintenance
