Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check and drain primary fuel filter and water separator

Lubricate Quik-Tatch™ pins and bushings

Sign off on the daily maintenance

Check service (drum) brake pads

Drain and refill final drive oil

Drain and refill axle differential and gear case oil

Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve

Replace hydraulic oil cap breather element

Replace cab recirculation air filter (if equipped)

Hydraulic oil drained and refilled?

Check axle mounting cap screw torque

Axle mounting cap screw torque checked?

Clean hydraulic system strainer

Hydraulic system strainer cleaned?

Check axle differential and gear case oil levels

Check and clean cooling package

Check battery electrolyte level and terminals

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Replace primary fuel filter and clean water separator

Replace hydraulic system return filter

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots

Sign off on the lubrication process
