Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Replace primary and final fuel filters

Check battery electrolyte level; clean and tighten terminals

Check fuel fired coolant heater (if equipped)

Replace auxiliary fuel filter and water separator (if equipped)

Take inner and outer final drive oil sample

Check coolant level at surge tank

Lubricate C-frame dozer linkage (if equipped)

Check or drain auxiliary fuel filter and water separator (if equipped)

Check hydraulic system oil level

Check or drain primary fuel filter

Lubricate pushbeam dozer linkage (if equipped)

Check engine air filter restriction indicator

Clean or replace cab fresh air filter

Strata cap cleanout procedure (if equipped)

Check and adjust trunnion bearing clearance (if equipped)

Clean or replace cab recirculating air filter

Lubricate right and left end crossbar pivot

Lubricate rear ripper (if equipped)

Sign off on the 50 Hourly Lubrication

Open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter replaced?

Enter the amount of transmission oil refilled

Transmission charge oil filter replaced?

Engine valve lash checked and adjusted?

Enter the amount of hydraulic system oil refilled

Hydraulic system oil filter replaced?

Enter the amount of engine cooling system oil refilled

Sign off on the 2000 hourly maintenance
