Check and clean dust unloader valve

Check track tension (331G and 333G only)

Drain and refill hydrostatic planetary gear case oil (331G and 333G only)

Take engine oil sample every 250 hours

Sign off on the 50 hourly maintenance

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) baffle

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter every 4000 hours

Drain and refill cooling system every 6000 hours

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Replace auxiliary fuel tank breather (331G and 333G only)

Lubricate cylinder pivot points

Lubricate anti-vibration bogie pivot (if equipped) (331G and 333G only)

Drain and refill hydrostatic planetary gear case oil (331G and 333G only)

Replace primary fuel filter and water separator

Replace hydraulic oil reservoir breather

Check and adjust engine valve lash every 1500 hours
