If engine valve clearance is not checked, report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Choose the type of coolant service done

Engine passed the post-maintenance test?

Sign off on the engine maintenance

3. Move transmission to neutral position:

● PRT—Depress clutch pedal completely and move the transmission range and gear shift levers to the N (neutral) position.

● HST—Move the range shift lever to the N (neutral) position.

4. Pull PTO engagement switch to the on position.

5. Turn key switch to the start position.

Check cab rollover protection system mounting hardware torque

Check windshield wiper arm mounting hardware torque

Alternator belt/fan checked and adjusted

Air conditioner compressor belt checked and adjusted (if equipped)

Air restriction indicator light checked

Transmission oil and filters changed?

Front PTO gearbox oil (JD20D) and oil filter replaced, if equipped?

Water and sediment drained from fuel sediment bowl, and water separator serviced (or every year)?

Final fuel filter replaced (or every year)?

Sign off on the 400 Hourly Maintenance
