Access the diagnostic trouble codes, rectify fault and then delete the diagnostic trouble codes

Check that all lights (including headlights) are functioning properly

Check torques of attaching bolts (see Service - Every 250 Hours)

Have torque of torsion damper attaching bolts checked by your John Deere™ dealer.

All lights (including headlights) are functioning properly

Drain water and sediment from fuel filter

Remove contaminant from area surrounding the engine

Clean the radiator and condenser, fins and screens

Check the transmission/hydraulic system

Park tractor so that it is level

Lower draft links, front loader, front implements and other implements that draw oil from the transmission

Accumulator on TLS front-wheel drive axle

Nitrogen pressure checked by a John Deere™ dealer

Filter on crankcase vent (oil separator) replaced

Front-wheel drive axle - Axle housing

Glow plugs checked by John Deere™ dealer?

Coolant changed (if COOL-GARD™ II is used and annual check)?

Front-wheel Drive Axle Maintenance

Accumulator of TLS changed by John Deere™ dealer?

Tractors with PowrQuad™ PLUS transmission and AutoQuad™ PLUS transmission

PTO actuation - Check safety circuit

Lights - Check settings of headlights

Load center - Visually inspect and clean

Fuel system - Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Front axle without front-wheel drive - Tighten bolts

Wheels - Front and rear wheels, check torques of attaching bolts
