Check service (drum) brake pads

Drain and refill final drive oil

Drain and refill axle differential and transmission oil

Replace hydraulic system return filter

Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve

Replace cab recirculation air filter

Note: Check and adjust engine valve lash is a 1500 Hourly Maintenance task

Lubricate quick disconnect pins and bushings

Check and drain primary fuel filter and water separator

Check axle mounting cap screw torque

Clean hydraulic system strainer

Replace hydraulic oil cap breather

Drain and refill cooling system (6000 Hourly Maintenance)

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Axle differential and transmission oil levels

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Replace primary fuel filter and water separator

Cooling package check and clean

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots

Check service (drum) brake oil level

Lubricate frame hinge pivots and rear axle kingpins

Check and adjust accessory drive belt (100 Hourly Maintenance)

Take engine oil sample (250 Hourly Maintenance)

Sign off on the 50 Hourly Maintenance
