Check air filter rubber dust unloading valve

Check air restriction indicator. Replace only primary filter unless secondary filter is visibly damaged or indicator shows an air restriction after the primary filter has been changed

Check fuel filter sediment bowl

Check and clean grille and side screens

Check and clean radiator cooling screen

Check battery electrolyte level

Clean fuel filter sediment bowl

Inspect alternator belt and check tension

Check and clean radiator cooling fins

Change transmission oil and filter

Clean transmission suction screen

Sign off on the 400 Hourly Maintenance

Sign off on the 500 Hourly Maintenance

Check radiator coolant freeze point and clarity

Flush and replace factory coolant. Flush cooling system and replace coolant with John Deere COOL-GARD® engine coolant in every 2000 hours or 2 yearly basis.

Flush cooling system and replace coolant with John Deere COOL-GARD® engine coolant in every 2000 hours or 5 yearly basis.
