Measure the crank pin diameters

Measure the bearing journal diameters

Replace any parts that are worn or not within the specified tolerances

Sign off on the crankshaft main bearing check

Check the main bearing surfaces for damage and excessive wear

Measure the crankshaft diameters to confirm they are within service limits

Check that the oilway cross drillings in the crankshaft are clear and free from debris

Check that the piston cooling oil sprayers are clear (if installed)

If the sprayers cannot be cleared, were they removed and discarded?
