Inner Magnet Assembly Inspection

Is there scoring on rear face or cylindrical body?

Contact distributor if any abnormality is observed.

Are there any cracks in the plastic of the rear section or cylindrical body?

Contact distributor if any abnormality is observed.

Is there any abnormality in bushing wear?

Replace if abnormality is observed. (See Tolerance chart).

Verify that the pump is turned off and isolated from the power source

Handle the outer drive magnet and inner magnet capsule with caution

Avoid trapping hands and fingers between magnets and metal objects

Keep magnets away from electronic devices such as ATM cards and computer disks

Inspect internal bushings for wear and tear

Verify the pump operates smoothly without abnormal sounds or vibration.

Suction Tank and Pressure Check

Record the level of the liquid in the suction tank.

Discharge Pressure and Current Verification

Record the current measured during operation.

Is the discharge pressure and current within the specifications indicated on the motor and pump nameplates?

Is there a stain in the liquid-contacting section?

Clean the liquid-contacting section if stained.

Are there any cracks in the front casing liner?

Replace the front casing liner if any abnormality is observed.

Is there wear or crack on the inboard thrust collar?

Contact distributor if any abnormality is observed on the inboard thrust collar.

Is there expansion or wear of the o-ring?

Replace the o-ring if it is damaged.

Inspection of Containment Shell

Check for scoring on inner diameter

Are there any cracks in liquid-containing section?

Containment Shell Cover Inspection

Is there scoring on the containment shell cover?

Improper installation in frame?
