Stroke Length Adjustment Process

Loosen hex. socket head bolt in adjusting dial

Decide required stroke length according to pump performance curve (in percent)

Adjust dial to required stroke length (0 to 100%)

Tighten hex. socket head bolt after stroke length is adjusted

Verify if the stroke length adjustment is correct according to the performance curve

Ensure the pump is turned off and isolated from the power supply

Gather all necessary tools and replacement parts

Detach the old diaphragm from the pump

Install the new diaphragm onto the pump

Switch off power to the pump and system

Wear protective gear such as glasses, cap, and mask

Ensure no body parts or clothing are near rotating parts

Check whether the pump operates smoothly, without generating any abnormal noise or vibration

Check for fluctuations in the following parameters during pump operation

Is there any considerable fluctuation in the parameters?
