Stroke Length Adjustment Process

Loosen hex. socket head bolt in adjusting dial

Decide required stroke length according to pump performance curve (in percent)

Adjust dial to required stroke length (0 to 100%)

Tighten hex. socket head bolt after stroke length is adjusted

Verify that the stroke length adjustment is correct

Ensure the pump is turned off and isolated from the power supply

Gather all necessary tools and replacement parts

Remove the pump head to access the diaphragm

Inspect the diaphragm for wear and tear

Install the new diaphragm ensuring proper alignment

Reattach the pump head securely

Check the valve components for flaws or wear

Were any flaws or worn parts found in the valve components?

Replace any flawed or worn valve components if necessary

Check the oil level in the pump

Check the diaphragm for any signs of wear or damage
