Ensure no body parts or clothing are near rotating parts

Check whether the pump operates smoothly, without generating any abnormal noise or vibration

Enter the discharge pressure during pump operation

Enter the discharge flow rate during pump operation

Enter the motor power supply voltage during pump operation

Ensure the pump is turned off and isolated from the power supply

Gather all necessary tools and replacement parts

Remove the pump head to access the diaphragm

Inspect the diaphragm for wear and tear

Install the new diaphragm ensuring proper alignment

Reattach the pump head securely

Ensure the pump is running before starting the adjustment

Stroke Length Adjustment Process

Loosen hex. socket head bolt in adjusting dial

Enter the required stroke length according to pump performance curve (in %)

Adjust dial to required stroke length

Tighten hex. socket head bolt after stroke length is adjusted

Verify that the stroke length adjustment is correct
