Remove the screen/orifice assembly

Disconnect the scavenge line tubing from each end

Use pliers to gently grasp the exit end of the assembly

Pull the end out of the center section carefully

Clean and inspect all parts prior to reinstallation

Reinstall the screen/orifice assembly

Ensure the compressor is electrically isolated for at least 15 minutes before commencing any maintenance work.

Remove the panels from the compressor.

Clean the motor cowl and ventilation slots

Remove dust from the surface of the motor cowl using a clean dry cloth.

Ensure all ventilation slots are free of obstructions.

Replace Stainless Steel/PTFE hoses

Inspect cooling systems for blockage or issues

Inspect Starter box power drive module (PDM) filter element

Analysis of water from water-cooled cooling system

Unlatch the two 1/4 turn latches

Open the intake panel (panel is hinged)

Remove the nuts and flat washer

Center the new element over the package intake opening
