If band saw is not operational, report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Choose the type of lubrication done

Enter the amount of general-purpose grease used

Did the band saw pass the post-lubrication test?

Sign off on the band saw lubrication

Enter the machine's hour meter reading

Is the machine's hour meter reading above 500?

If the machine's hour meter reading is not above 500, stop the procedure

Choose the type of replacement filter used

Sign off on the hydraulic filter replacement

If any of the above checks fail, proceed with oil change

Enter the machine's hour meter reading

Enter the date of the last oil change

Is it time for an oil change (6000 hours or 2 years since last change)?

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

The blade brush assembly is found behind the drive side door.

Is the blade brush assembly in place?

To adjust the assembly, loosen the hex nut with a 9/16” wrench.

Turn the set screw counter clockwise with a 3/16” Allen key.

Is the set screw turned counter clockwise?

Adjust the set screw so that the brush cleans to the bottom of the blade gullets and tighten the hex nut.

Is the set screw adjusted and the hex nut tightened?

Head lowered to the bottom of its stroke?

Guide arm moved to its fully open position?

Feed rate cover and cable removed?

Blade not touching the out-feed table?

Feed rate cable and cover mounted?
