Power to the merchandiser disconnected

Fluorescent lamps removed from the canopy

Screws that secure the lamp panel removed

Lamp panel carefully pulled down

Ballast replaced and parts reassembled in reverse order

Sign off on the ballast replacement

Disconnect fan from wiring harness

Remove screws holding fan motor/bracket assembly to plenum and remove assembly

Replace fan motor/bracket assembly and reinstall screws

Reconnect fan to wiring harness

Door bumpers removed from tracks

Track wipe-outs used for cleaning

Soap and hot water used for cleaning

Brush used to remove accumulated debris

Sign off on the door track cleaning

Warning: Ensure the lamp is switched off and cooled down before starting the procedure

Did the lamp holder snap into the sheet metal of the case?

Did the lamp holder's locking 'nub' fit inside the groove of the end cap?

Select the type of replacement parts used

Sign off on the lamp holder and end cap replacement

Warning: Ensure the lamp is switched off before starting the procedure

Are the lamp holders, shields and end caps moisture resistant?

Is the lamp shield reinstalled after replacement?

Is the end cap reinstalled after replacement?

Does the switch in the canopy control all lamps?

Sign off on the lamp replacement
