Is the lamp shield reinstalled after replacement?

Is the end cap reinstalled after replacement?

Does the switch in the canopy control all lamps in the merchandiser?

Sign off on the lamp replacement

Warning: Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions when using any cleaning product

Exterior surfaces cleaned with a mild detergent and warm water

Interior surfaces cleaned with domestic detergents, ammonia based cleaners or sanitizing solutions

Sign off on the system surfaces cleaning

Use steel wool to smooth out the surface area of the bumper

Apply vinyl or car wax and polish surface for a smooth glossy finish

Upload a photo of the cleaned bumper

Sign off on the bumper cleaning

Warning: Always replace lamp holders and end caps with Hussmann lamp holders and end caps

The Impact Excel lamp holder is designed to snap into the sheet metal of the case

The lamp holder has a locking ‘nub’ which fits inside the groove of specially designed end caps

Upload a photo of the replaced lamp holder and end cap

Sign off on the lamp holder and end cap replacement

Power to the merchandiser disconnected

Fluorescent lamps removed from the canopy

Screws securing the lamp panel removed

Lamp panel carefully pulled down

Parts reassembled in reverse order
