1 Daily Guard Cleaning
Warning: Ensure that the bowl support is in the lowered position before starting.
Bowl and agitator removed?
Cage assembly rotated in a clockwise direction until the front block is aligned with cut out in the drip cup runner?
Cage assembly lowered to clear the runner and carefully pushed to the rear to allow blocks to clear runner?
Cage assembly removed?
To refit cage assembly to the machine.
Front single slide block aligned with the cut out in the drip cup?
Two rear slide blocks engaged to the drip cup?
Front of the cage assembly raised until the front slider block can be engaged onto the drip cup?
3 Monthly Rear Splash Inspection
Warning: This inspection should be performed by a trained supervisor or maintenance department.
Bowl support is in the lowered position, with bowl & agitator removed, and the cage assembly has been removed.
3 retaining screws have been removed and placed in a safe place for refitting.
Drip cup has been removed from the machine by carefully rotating and lowering.
Drip cup has been cleaned to ensure no risk of elements dropping into product.
Rear splash shield has been refitted in reverse ensuring the screws are adequately tightened.
Sign off on the rear splash inspection
6 Monthly Mixer Maintenance
Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!
Motor and transmission packed with special grease
Bowl support slideways lubricated with light oil
Enter the electrical rating for 400/50/3 F.L.C
Enter the electrical rating for 230/50/3 F.L.C
Enter the electrical rating for 230/50/1 F.L.C
Sign off on the mixer maintenance
