Vehicle After Welding Inspection
Reinstall each electronic equipment to original place
Inspect the operation and function of all electronic equipment
For the detail of inspection’s procedure, please consult HMS (USA) or Hino authorized dealer.

Nylon Tube Maintenance
Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!
Identify harmful defects such as breakage, crush, perforation, etc.
If no defects are found, stop the procedure
Describe the position of the defect on the nylon tube
Cutting face of the nylon tube is smooth without any burr and the cutting face is 90º±5º to the axis of the nylon tube
Wind the inserting margin taping according to the following table
Upload a photo of the remounted connector
Repair connector securely fixed with a clamp to the nylon tube
If repair work is difficult due to layout or external appearance, replace the nylon tube with a new one
Vertical Exhaust Tail Pipe Assembling
Warning: Ensure the vehicle is parked, the parking brake is applied, and wheel chocks are placed at the front or rear tires.
Has the engine been stopped and the tail pipe cooled adequately?
Warning: Be careful as the tail pipe installation location is at a high position.
Did any foreign matter drop inside the tail pipe?
If yes, contact a Hino dealer and have the foreign matter removed by taking off the lower tail pipe.
Remove insulator (6 bolts).
Temporarily attach the clamp at No.2 tail pipe. Do not tighten the clamp.
Insert No. 1 tail pipe inside No.2 tail pipe until it touches the shoulder on the inside of the No. 2 tail pipe.
Ensure the mouth of No.1 tail pipe is directed away from body or equipment.

Engine oil inspection, oil supply and discharge
Cooling water inspection, water supply and discharge
Air cleaner inspection
Transmission oil inspection, oil supply and discharge (Special care is needed when installing P.T.O.)
Differential oil inspection, oil supply and discharge (Care is needed when spare tire is mounted on the rear overhang.)
Grease up (Special care is needed when shifting the fuel tank on vehicles.)
Battery liquid inspection, water supply and discharge.

Wiper Arms and Pivot Adjustment
Warning: Operate the wiper with the hood shut down. With the hood opened, you may risk to have your hand pinched by the wiper links.
Confirm that the wiper stays at the park position after turning ON the wiper motor switch to motor, then turning OFF the wiper switch.
After stop of the wiper motor, remove the key from the ignition.
Enter the wiper arm tightening torque value
Enter the wiper pivot tightening torque value
Sign off on the wiper arms and pivot adjustment
