Grundfos Self-Priming Dosing Pump DDA 60-10 FCM-SS-L/T/SS-F-32A1A1FG

Ensure the following conditions are met

Fill a measuring beaker with dosing medium

Enter the fill volume V1 (e.g. 2.5 l)

Place the inlet line in the measuring beaker

Start the calibration process in the 'Setup > Calibration' menu

Record the factory calibration value after 200 dosing strokes (e.g. 1.05 l)

Remove the inlet line from the measuring beaker

Warning: If the diaphragm is possibly damaged, don't connect the pump to the power supply!

Put on the stipulated personal protective equipment.

Set pump to 'Stop' operating state using the [Start/stop] key.

Take suitable steps to ensure that the returning liquid is safely collected.

Empty dosing head and flush it if necessary.

Press the [Start/stop] and [100%] keys at the same time to put the diaphragm into 'out' position.

Check if the symbol (-) is displayed.

Acknowledge the 'Stop after power failure' alarm by opening the 'Alarm' main menu if active.

Ensure no dosing liquid has entered the pump housing.

Place new O-rings in the grooves at flange and ensure correct seating.

Attach flange observing alignment pin.

Install flange and new O-ring with screws observing alignment pin.

Cross-tighten screws with a torque wrench to 6 (+1) Nm.

Attach intermediate ring to flange observing alignment pin.

Ensure all electrical connections are carried out by a qualified electrician

Disconnect the pump from the power supply

Replace mains cable (13) and gasket (13b)

Screw in safety screw (13a) with a torque wrench

Ensure the pump is correctly installed and ready to start before switching on the power supply

Verify that plugs or protective caps are correctly installed to maintain enclosure class (IP65 / Nema 4X)

Avoid manipulating mains plug or cable

Is there any liquid leaking from the drain opening on the dosing head?

Is the drain opening blocked or soiled?

Dosing Head and Valves Inspection

Is there any liquid leaking from the dosing head or valves?

Tighten dosing head screws with a torque wrench if necessary. Enter the torque applied (Nm).

Were the valves and cap nuts tightened or serviced?

Is there a service requirement present at the pump display?
