Disconnect all electrical power to the fan and secure to the 'off' position

Make the unit non-functional for cleaning

Clean the fan wheel and housing evenly

Check for oil and dust accumulation on the wheel

Check all fasteners for tightness

Check for moisture or dirt accumulations on parts

Was the source of moisture or dirt located and eliminated?

Is there any paint deterioration?

Describe the paint condition and any actions taken

Check all fasteners and setscrews for tightness

Ensure the wheel rotates freely and is aligned

Verify wheel position and test run alignment

Centering height alignment for G model

Loosen the set screws in the wheel

Move the wheel to the desired position

Check wheel rotation by momentarily energizing the unit

Is the wheel rotation clockwise as shown in Figure 8?

If wheel rotation is incorrect, reverse two of the wiring leads or check motor wiring for single phase

Disconnect and secure all electrical power to the fan

Ensure the unit is made non-functional (fuses removed, disconnect locked off)

Does the motor have grease fittings?

Lubricate the motor according to manufacturer's recommendations

Is the wheel cleaned evenly to avoid imbalance?

Inspect bolts, setscrews, and motor mounting bolts

Adjust and tighten bolts, setscrews, and motor mounting bolts as necessary
