Fasteners and Setscrews Inspection
Check all fasteners and setscrews for tightness

Adjust and tighten bolts, setscrews, and motor mounting bolts as necessary
Fan Routine Maintenance
Safety Precautions
Disconnect all electrical power to the fan and secure to the 'off' position.
Ensure the unit is made non-functional by removing fuses and locking off the disconnect.
Cleaning and Inspection
Clean the fan wheel evenly to prevent imbalance and vibration.
Clean the fan housing to ensure smooth and safe operation.
Check all fasteners for tightness
Post-Maintenance Check
Have all maintenance checks been performed prior to restarting the unit?

Disconnect and secure all electrical power to the fan
Ensure the unit is made non-functional (fuses removed, disconnect locked off)
