Preventive Maintenance Schedule

Record when and what kind of maintenance is needed

Replace lens covers on regulator gauge lenses when dirt makes gauges difficult to read

Check all hoses for wear or damage. Replace as necessary

Check that all threaded connections are tight and leak-free

Flush the pump before first use

Flush the pump when changing colors or fluids

Flush the pump before repairing equipment

Check hoses, tubes, and couplings

List any worn or damaged parts found

List any worn or damaged equipment found

Fill the wet cup one-half full with Graco Throat Seal Liquid (TSL)

Sign off on the daily non-heated spray package check
