Inspect/clean fluid inlet strainer

Inspect motor shield vents for blockage

Fill TSL by adding through TSL fill point

Sign off on the daily sprayer inspection

Warning: This check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Enter the current motor brush length in mm

Are both motor brushes at least 13mm long?

Does the sprayer stall when the gun is not triggered?

Does the sprayer restart without the gun being triggered?

If sprayer restarts without the gun being triggered, inspect pump for leaks and check prime valve.

Any internal/external leaks in the pump?

Perform Pressure Relief Procedure,page 13.

Remove tip guard and Spray Tip. For additional information, see separate gun manual.

Remove fluid intake and drain tube from paint, wipe excess paint off outside.

Place fluid intake in flushing fluid. Use water for water base paint and mineral spirits for oil-based paint. Place drain tube in waste pail.

Increase pressure 1/2 turn to start motor. Hold gun against paint pail. Disengage trigger lock. Trigger gun and increase pressure until the pump runs steady and flushing fluid appears.

Stop triggering gun. Move gun to waste pail, hold gun against pail, trigger gun to thoroughly flush system.

While continuing to trigger gun, turn prime valve down. Then, release gun trigger. Allow flushing fluid to circulate until fluid comes out of drain tube clear.

Raise fluid intake above flushing fluid.

Pump packing leaking after extended use?

If pump packing is leaking, tighten packing nut down until leakage stops or lessens.

Enter the number of gallons operated after adjustment

Sign off on the sprayer throat packing adjustment
