Monitor and Accessories Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the Monitor with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent.

Inspect the Monitor and accessories for wear and damage.

Ensure the unit is not immersed in any liquid.

Confirm no use of isopropyl alcohol or other solvents for cleaning.

Materials needed for cuff cleaning

Apply cuff hose plugs before cleaning.

Prepare enzymatic detergent and 10% bleach solution in separate spray bottles.

Has the BP parameter calibration been checked?

Record any doubts about the validity of the BP readings

Has a leak test of the BP parameter been performed?

Record any doubts about the validity of the pressure readings
