Check the condition of the capsule holders and replace if necessary

Is the lower perforator worn or broken?

Use a small screwdriver to remove the spring that locks the perforator in the seat of the capsule holder

Remove the perforator and replace it with a new one

Check the efficiency of the group's solenoid valve

Place the metal part of the capsule holder in a container of hot water with cleaning product

Let the capsule holder sit for ten minutes

Rinse the capsule holder with clean water

Clean the nozzle with a cloth dampened in lukewarm water

Clear the steam outlet holes with a small needle

Put a dose (25 ml) of cleaning product in a jug with 500 ml of water

Immerse the steam nozzle into the jug

Enter the water pressure reading during coffee dispensing

Is the water pressure within the range of 0.8 to 0.9 MPa (8 to 9 bar)?

Water Filter and Softener Maintenance

Select the maintenance action performed

Clean the panels of the body with a cloth dampened in lukewarm water.

Remove the drip tray and cup holder grille and wash with hot water.

Place the capsule holder (only the metal part, not the plastic part) in a container of hot water with the cleaning product.

Let the capsule holder sit for ten minutes.

Rinse the capsule holder with clean water.

Keep the nozzle clean at all times using a cloth dampened in lukewarm water.
