Inspect the pump shaft and collar for wear

Inspect the shaft collar bolt(s)

Determine lubrication interval based on RPM

Select grease type for standard service conditions

Determine lubrication interval adjustment for conditions

Calculate adjusted lubrication interval

Volume of grease to be added per bearing

Use a high grade ball and roller bearing grease

Select the recommended grease for standard service conditions

Calculate and enter the lubrication interval hours based on service conditions

Enter the volume of grease to be added per bearing

Recommended Preventive Maintenance — Elastomer Inspection

Inspect all elastomers during pump maintenance

Replace elastomers during seal, pump shaft, and/or motor replacement

Check if the impeller nut gasket has failed

Clean the threaded hole on the impeller nut if gasket fails

Clean the threads on the end of the shaft if gasket fails

Use a wire brush for cleaning the threads
