Prepare a freshly diluted bleach solution (1:100) or other suitable hospital disinfectant.

Ensure all cleaning materials are non-abrasive and free of solvents.

Clean the exterior of the following components with a cloth dampened with the cleaning solution

Ensure no liquid infiltrates the CLiC device during cleaning.

Inspect the CLiC device for any signs of liquid infiltration or damage.

Check the verification filter for scratches or damage.

Verify if calibration is needed by checking if verification fails in Dialysis Mode.

Plug the CLiC device USB cable into the USB port on the right side of the 2008T hemodialysis machine display screen.

Power on the 2008T hemodialysis machine into Service Mode and go to the 'Maint.' screen.

Select the Crit-Line Calibration screen-button to enter the 'Crit-Line Calibration' screen.

Wait for the message 'Initializing CLiC ... ' to clear.

Attach the CLiC device to the verification filter on its USB cable.

Enter the serial number printed on the verification filter (case-sensitive).
