Ensure you have 'RP Super Filter Coat Adhesive' available.

Pull the ring on the bottom of the filter cover and pull the filter down to remove it.

Select the type of dirt on the filter

Flush the filter with warm water from the exhaust side to the intake side if it contains dry dust and dirt.

Clean the filter in soapy water, then rinse in clear water if it contains oily dust and dirt.

Verify that defective parts are being rejected by inserting a known defective part through inspection

Verify that no stray parts are stuck in or near the inspection module or reject station

Verify that no buildup of dirt or contaminants has occurred on inspection module. Clean if necessary.

Verify that each camera's image is properly centered, focused, and properly lit. Adjust if necessary.

Clean glass surfaces with soft, clean, oil-free cloth dampened with glass cleaning solution

Clean plastic surfaces with soft, clean, oil-free cloth dampened with mild soap and water solution
