Verify that defective parts are being rejected by inserting a known defective part through inspection

Verify that no stray parts are stuck in or near the inspection module or reject station

Verify that no buildup of dirt or contaminants has occurred on inspection module. Clean if necessary.

Verify that each camera's image is properly centered, focused, and properly lit. Adjust if necessary.

Clean glass surfaces with soft, clean, oil-free cloth dampened with glass cleaning solution

Clean plastic surfaces with soft, clean, oil-free cloth dampened with mild soap and water solution

Ensure you have 'RP Super Filter Coat Adhesive' available.

Is the plant condition requiring weekly cleaning?

Pull the ring on the bottom of the filter cover and remove the filter.

Determine the type of dirt on the filter and clean accordingly

Ensure no caustic solutions are used during cleaning.
