Inspect the cartridge filter for dirt and debris

Clean the cartridge filter if dirty

Replace the cartridge filter if necessary

Measure the suction resistance after filter replacement

Remove screws #915 and #902 from cover #162

Remove cover #162 using holes between intermediate housing #103 and cover #162

Remove screw #900 and washer #365

Remove bearing cover #360 and extract bearing #321 using a bearing puller

Remove impeller #231 if necessary using a puller and key #940

Remove screws #902 from intermediate cover #104

Remove intermediate housing #103 and cover #104 and place them together using holes between intermediate cover #104 and housing #161

Verify machine has reached 25,000 working hours or 4 years of operation

Ensure machine is powered off and disconnected from the power source

Remove the blower housing to access the bearings

Replace the old bearings with new ones

Remove #723 flange and #426 O-Ring by removing #908 screws.

Take away the silencers from the unit, being careful not to lose the #424 gaskets.

Extract the #720 panels from the silencer housings.

Clean up the #710 retaining screen.

Replace and reassemble, proceeding in reverse order, remembering to include the #424 gaskets.
