Cleaning Instructions for SCL K07-TD / K08-TD

Remove impeller and intermediate cover

Remove mounting feet and spacer

Clean all components and reassemble in reverse order

Reconstruct #423 seal using Loctite 598 or similar after cleaning sealing surfaces of any existing sealant if needed

Inspect the cartridge filter for dirt and debris

Is the filter dirty or clogged?

Clean the cartridge filter if necessary

Replace the cartridge filter if necessary

Measure the suction resistance after replacement

Remove #723 flange and #426 O-Ring by removing #908 screws.

Take away the silencers from the unit, ensuring not to lose the #424 gaskets.

Extract the #720 panels from the silencer housings.

Clean up the #710 retaining screen.

Is reconstruction of #425 seal needed?

If needed, reconstruct #425 seal using Loctite 598 or similar, after cleaning the sealing surfaces of any existing sealant.

Verify machine has reached 25,000 working hours or 4 years of operation

Is the machine operating under normal working conditions?

Ensure qualified personnel are performing the replacement

Is the machine operating correctly after replacement?

Describe any issues encountered during replacement
